Здравствуйте!
есть несколько вопросов по данной плате.
1) Есть jtag-кабель на основе wiggler. Плату через него вижу используя urjtag, но вот detectflash не проходит (не может найти flash). Не подскажите по каким физическим адресам находиться flash и на каком chipselect? Не было у Вас похожей ситуации с urjtag? Пробывали цепляться через openocd, но с параметром jtag_speed 0 выдает ошибку.

2) Как я понимаю, у Вас на плате выведен ac97 codec PXA (отдельно от UCB1400) возможно ли его использовать для audio устройства?

На PXA _контроллер_ кодека, а кодек -- на UCB1400.

не находиться флеш и соответсвенно невозможна запись. Не могли бы Вы отослать на почту вашу версию openOCD.

можно всё-таки попытаться попробовать вашу сборку?

Скорее всего проблема у вас не в OpenOCD а в адаптере
(возможно, стоит включить питание его шинного формирователя
от платы) или его соединении (смотрели схему?

Напишите какие файлы вам нужны, мне их не жалко,
но они давным-давно установлены и пересобирать никакого желания нет.
